I had my first accident on the 8th of Feb. I was assured that my claim will be dealt with and that I would be informed of developments. It has now been 4 weeks and my car is no where near being fixed and even more frustrating is no one from King Price even bothers to call me or explain what the delay is about, I call and message them everyday but the phone in the claims department is never answered nor emails replied to. I have no way of getting to work and public transport is not pleasant.
