Poor claims responce

After waiting for about three and a half weeks for my claim to be finalised, going on the fith week waiting for my car to be repaired, only to find out that there are issues between dial direct and the panel beaters who are responsible for the towing of the car. The only feedback i have received is, that the panel beaters will come and collect my car here in Ellisras today (28/02/2013) or tomorrow due to the fact that dial direct only gave confirmation to the panel beaters round about 14:00. After i spoke to the consultant on Tuesday to confirm that if the panel beaters receive my car by Thursday he can speed up the process. But no joy. I need clarification on why it took so long and being without a car for five weeks. Vary disappointing on the service i have received, as they always promise the best service! This only my second claim in four years and the first one were for wind screen damage. Finally my access on the policy say i Will pay R3500, then the first mail i have received it showed R8550 and now is is a total of R9630 i have to pay???
