I made a comment on Dial Direct's claims process in August last year when I lost my cellphone. Since then I have been rear ended, side swiped my mirror (!), hit a pothole and had my car ripped apart by hail in the panel beaters.

Every claim has been sorted by Dial Direct and promptly.
