Have phoned ABSA Home Loans Call Center, numerous times. In all cases, waited over 15 MINUTES before getting through to a DEAD LINE!!! Beware all potential customers.

The pre-recorded message claims they "experience higher call volumes during certain times of the day".
This is likely false information, in order to deflect attention from their sub-par offering, and likely intended to discourage users from persisting in what will ultimately amount to a fruitless venture.
