In my early teens my brother had a bad dealing with Nedbank & he closed all dealings with them immediatly and i never gave it a second thought up until recently. Nedbank, you guys are the worst Financial Institution in South Africa. On the 14/01/2013 I closed my gold cheque account with Nedbank after i received the most disgusting service. My overdraft limit was decreased from a R1000 to a R100, without even a phone call or even a discussion with me before it was done. There were still funds in my account when the account was closed, although very little, but not even these were paid back to me by Nedbank. I am so glad that i have closed my account and have moved my business over to another financial institution, as all my investments are paying out in a months time and i will definitely not want Nedbank to look after it. I have referred this matter to the banking Ombudsman and to the Newspapers where my wife is the Editor. Hope you guys are satisfied now!
