Its been 2 mnths nw since I reported the matter with babereki to complaint that they have garnished me for an account that I do not know. First time I laid a complaint with Suraya who failed to assist me say that I owe them. I had to send the necessary docs to them to prove to them that I don't know that account. She then gave me the acc number where they transfered the money into and it was an absa acc. I tried explainind that I never had an absa acc bt well I had to do the investigation myself to find out who the acc was which absa said the acc doesn't exist.my matter was transferred to Sindile who has been doing the invistigation ever since up to today I don't see any light where this matter is going because I have to call them everyday at my cost but they never call me to keep me updated and this is affecting my finances so bad. I can't even buy anything anywhere because they don't want to solve this matter.
