Customer Service WHAT?

I (Piero Alting) called Nedbank customer services today, to make payment arrangements on my personal loan. Had about R30 on my cellphone. This ran out as I was being transferred from one person to the next. I again put R50 on my cell and tried again. Again the money ran out as I had to go thru various people AGAIN! I am now fedup with these bank employees not knowing what they are doing. Pathetic if you've ever seen it. I am not going to call them again. Since all conversations are recorded, they can listen to my recording and attempts to make payment arrangements on my loan and then they can call me!
