FNB Online Recall Fee for nothing

I was in august by a guy posing as a landlord, I done an eft from my bank (fnb) to his bank (std bank), I submitted all the necessary documents to std bank and the online recall forms to fnb, I got a response from std bank but nothing from fnb. All of a sudden on 15 Oct 2013, I noticed I was charged R225 for Fnb Online Recall Fee. What recall fee as I never got my money back from that recall!!! This is insane and ridiculous, no one from fnb has given me any response whatsoever since I submitted those recall documents but they have the nerve to charge me for it. I'm furious, I need answers. I'm using a basic savings account and every month my bank charges are nothing less than R300. I need explanations on everything asap, they can't recall the R5000 I transferred but they can charge me R225. This is frustrating really.
