Poor Service with no accountability

I have been trying to set up a debit order to settle the minimum balance on my credit card. This is in response to the fact that I cannot access statements via email on my IPad. Going into the Hemingways branch I got shown a phone to innate the request. After holding forever I phoned from my office and holding again, I was given the requirements if having the debit order set up. Only to be sent back to the branch to have documents verified and the request sent by the attendant. 3 weeks later the debit order has not been set up because the verified documents were not sent by the attendant.

After phoning the credit card division again, I was told to re-initiate the whole request again. The person on the phone gave me the action line number for complaints. This line does not get answered. POOR Service!
