Still no performance and a attitude

22Jan'13 I started phoning absa to make an arrangement on my VF debit order.
after walking into a brick wall for days on end I finally came to Tholo Mokobi, she was always in disagreement with what I told her. I told her my original finance agreement was for R3000, she disagreed on end.
I sent her through the original contract after which she finally agreed.
I sent various mails, made phone calls and enquired, finally she let me know that my debit order will be reduced back to R3030, on the 27th of Feb my debitorder was deducted for R6000.
after phoning Tholo and being very disgusted after I made all the effort from my side, Tholo decided to put the phone down in my ear and thereafter not to answer again.

it's no secret that Absa is losing clients at a rate of 1million per year, and it is because of the attitude of employees like Tholo.
if your ego is too fragile to handle dissatisfied clients then I suggest doing your work correct and well the 1st time, that is ussually the best way to avoid confrontation.
