One of your call center agents called me on the 27th Feb 2013 to speak to my wife. I informed her that my wife was not with me and if i could tell her who called and if I could assist and before I could even say anything the lady threw the phone down in my ear. when I called back to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 22 min and then on my second call I was cut off deliberately.
