Good Day

I have alot of complaints!

1. When I took out my vehicle insurance I was not told where to inspect my car and drove around for for than a month without knowing that it needed to be inspected. I scratched my car and now it will be noted when I do have it inspected.

2. I was overcharged and charged for 2 cars instead of my one car with the policy and have waited for more than a week for my refund.

3. I did not receive my Insurance Schedule via post and after calling THREE times I finally received it via email after almost 2 months.

4. PPS generally takes long to respond to emails (2days), but if you say you want to cancel only then do they respond.

For an organisation geared for professionals im very disappointed in their service.
