UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS!

I received an sms notification for a debit order of R 7000! I am with ABSA and have absolutely NO debit orders. I went to my branch to inquire. I was assisted, and was told it was a debit order from FNB. They tried to call FNB but there was no answer so ABSA said that i should call. I tried for days and received no assistance, i decided to go into FNB. They said i had to go back to ABSA because they couldn't access my details on their system because i am not banking with them. Then i went back to ABSA, finally i got more information telling me that it was from FNB with reference numbers and everything. ABSA told me to go back to FNB because they couldn't give me anymore information because it is 2 different banks, went back to FNB and gave them all the information from ABSA they made a few calls and told me that they would forward it to the FNB care department. This was on the 30 of April. They told me i would receive more information on the 3rd of May. FNB ONLY got back to me on the 14 of May and told me they couldn't help i should go back to ABSA. I am tired of running between banks to get an answer there is no professional service from either bank and i seek urgent assistance!
