So I put in a claim this morning for my ipad that I lost. Take note, this morning, as in today.
I was assisted by Thandazile Vilakazi, who called me, then send me an e-mail with details I needed to forward to her. And she just mailed me the settlement letter. Like in now, 4 hours after I submitted the claim.
I am so happy to see, that a client centric approach is being taken so seriously by THE best insurance company in the world.
