I gave instruction for my pension to be released and paid out Oct 2012. I have been following up ever since and was made promises that i will be kept up to date with the process. None of this happened. I have phoned them numerous times and each time get a weaker excuse than the previous time. I am in serious need of the cash and when i spoke to them today was told that there is nothing they can do and i am in a bucket?? This sort of service is terrible especially from a company like AF. I am at a loss and have no idea what to do further to get this finalized as the delay has been for 5 months. No one seems to take responsibility for any of this and blames the process. I would have expected AF to be managing the process more efficiently but this proves not be the case. I am at a loss and don't know where to escalate this matter further. Please can you attend to my query as it has been 5 months already without any positive outcomes. Please assist!!
