Nedbank
Unlawful deduction of monies from my account

I am so angry with Nedbank. I have been under Debt Review since October 2008. Being a single parent and trying to make ends meet forced me to consolidate my debt during this time. I have been paying diligintly since October 2008 and on 31 December 2012 Nedbank decided to take R1500.00 off my account for an Ackermans account without my consent or prior warning. My debt counsellors have contacted them, National Credit Regulator involved, and still they have not paid this amount back. Today (26/02/2013) I see they have deducted another amount of R1700.00 off my account, again without my consent and no warning. How can Nedbank allow this? I am in tears and do not know how I am going to make ends meet this month. How can Nedbank without consent take R1500 in December and now another R1700?? How can anyone just take money off your bank without your consent, are we not protected against this??? I AM UNDER DEBT REVIEW AND SHOULD BE PROTECTED AGAINST PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!! Does this mean anyone can just go onto anyone's account and deduct money as they please? How are we suppose to survive, trying to keep a roof over our heads and food on the table, this is a disgrace!!!
