Debited and or allowed for debits to go before the

This is not the first time I have had this issue where Nedbank has gone into my account and or allowed debits on my account before the authorised strike date. I have no been short on money that was supposed to be paid to other people first. I am awaiting your swift and urgent reply in this matter as I want the money back that was debited from my account so I can make payment on the accounts that needs to be paid first.
