Due to absa not receiving my confirmation of cover (which I sent in months ago, clearly to the wrong department / email address that was provided to me) ABSA has added 900Rand extra fee on my car payment
I sent it again due to a sms I received now it will take 7 working days to effect a refund to my account. however I need the money in my account sooner as my other debits will bounce without that money.
Extremely frustrated! I would like this money refunded at the soonest possible moment, as in not the 1st!
