I contacted Homeloans to arrange cancellation of a cession on a policy and replace the policy with a new policy. I was told what do do to make the arrangements which I followed to the letter. When I called to follow up I was told something completely different. When I tried to deal with the email system, I was sent the same email basically telling me to stuff off and do what they want. When we called a third time as requested, we were told to start the process from scratch.
Poor show that you don't know what you are doing and that your staff are so incompetant
