Fed up!!!

This is now the second time... Its a month now that I am waiting for a claim to be refunded. First the invoice I sent needed a doctors stamp, I sent it, then it was not clear enought. Eventually the money was paid into my one card only to be reversed again, not only once, but twice!! I was assured that the money will be in my bank account on Friday, there's nothing!! I was told that the money will be in my bank account yesterday by 12... Still nothing!!! This is unacceptable!!! If the money is not in my bank account by 2 this afternoon, I will not pay my installment and I will take this matter futher!!!
