CLOSING ACCOUNT BY 12 TODAY!

After telling everyone to move to FNB and opening a cheque account myself in November (which I am just using for putting savings money in - never used it until today - or well tried to use it). Now there is a hard hold on my account for NO REASON, it would have been lifted by 9am so I can do my first URGENT payment, it's 10.40am and still nothing. Phoning back (after spending more than an hour on the phone this morning with 6 different numbers I had to phone) and "oh sorry - its not done yet".

Well FNB... the clock is ticking, lets see if this problem is solved by 12 am today, otherwise you lost another customer!
