On the 29th of Dec 2012, I went to do some shopping at Spar around 19:00. I was surprised to find out that my card was declined! I immediatelty went to the nearest branch to draw my statement, the time then was 19:30 only to findout that there is a transaction that show a withdrawal that was done 20:27 on the very same day! If how is that possible only " masters" knew! So I phoned their department to report this unusual thing, they promised to call after 3 - 5 days! I didn't get any call so I went to Butterworth Branch, they advice me to do another card! The card was to be collected after a week, so the following week on the 17th of Jan I went to King Williams's Towm branch (nearest branch from where I work) to collect the card and to findout how far is my case! To my surprise the person that helped me on the 29th of Dec loaded my case incorrectly on the system and that caused me to be forced to report again! So another was open! They told me to wait 4 3 days, afta 3 days there was no call from them! I called again to findout about the case, they told me to wait until the end of Jan!
