I received a letter in December telling me that I will receive a cash back bonus in January. In Janurary I did not receive the bonus and phoned them. They insisted they paid me. Then I got my bank statement and saw nothing there. They then told me that they had mistook an amount paid to me by the Department of Education as being the amount they deposited into my account. This doesn't make sense because they could never know what the dept paid me. I have since phoned several times. They person in charge asked for my bank statement. I sent it in. Then he keeps cutting me off when I call. It seems someone there has fraudlently my money and Dial Direct is condoning this behaviour and covering for the. Dial Direct is dishonourable and should be exposed because they cannot even honour their promise to pay bonuses. I am so angry because I am calling from my cell phone and wasting my money, yet they should have been refunding me. They and no one at head office is available when I ask for a manager. The Managers are ALWAYS in meetings and cannot talk to me - instead the staff cover for each other by putting me through to the same person who took my money!
