Ad attitude and not helpfull

I received an sms to fund my account yesterday as a debit order that usuallu goes off on the 26th will need to go through. I sent an email yesterday to [Email Removed] telling them I get paid on the 25th and that's what we agreed on. December or not. My email was read and just ignored. Today I phoned the call centre and he was not helpful at all.this morning a debit order was returned unpaid and now my bank will charge me for this and not only that my credit record too.this consultant just said to me so what do you want us to do about all that like really really really. African bank is being very unprofessional here they cannot run a business based on assumptions.
