I have been calling African Bank for the past two days, spending about R30 airtime on the same enquiry.
I want to close my credit card, but in order to do that I need to settle the account first. All I have been asking for is for African Bank to email me the settlement amount.
I have spoken to 4 different people and not one seems to be able to send an email.
Please I just need a document sent via email- it's not hard!
