The agent called me about my account at creditworx, and he did not disclose all the fees and charges. I only found out about it when i requested my statement than i realised that i am being billed for telephone calls made and the collection fee. As a client i think it's only fair if i was made aware of all the charges upfront.
The issue has been escalated to Olivia but still I'm not satisfied with her answer saying sorry on behalf of the company and saying the Agents are not trained to tell the clients about extra charges. I don't think it's my problem if proper training is not done and sorry won't change anything, I need to know why i was not told about the extra charges.
