Awful awful service!!

I sent my paperwork on 29 Oct 2012, and went on maternity leave on 16 Nov 2012.

I had to keep checking with them on the progress, never got any feedback unless I asked. They kept passing the buck and blaming the department of labour! "Department is closed over Dec; dept is running on skeleton staff in Jan; the dept trying to catch up due to Dec backlog" - so don't have a baby in Dec!!

Eventually 15 Feb after numerous inquiries she told me payment is made and should be in my account on 18 Feb; 20th still no payment! I told her its the worst service ever, she replied not to blame her for bad service as payment has been made 13 Feb and I should check my statement. I sent her my statement to show no payment has been made. She sent me the details of a stranger where the money has been paid into.

Now she requested ANOTHER bank statement as the original one I sent is older than 3 months and a new U12 .8 form.

They got their info up as they submitted it under the name on my email address and not under MY name so the dept sent it back!! They had all the correct info, yet submitted it incorrectly.

I paid them for a service that caused me headaches! Disgusting!!
