End of January I paid R 600.00 towards my minimum payment that was R 504.73. Further to that I transferred another R 5, 000.00 into the card, of which I withdrew R 2, 000.00. This morning I received a sms informing me that my limit has been reduced (without consulting me in this matter). When I went to the ATM to see what is going on, ALL the extra funds in the card has been taken by ABSA. I did not make this arrangement with them. This money was put aside by me in the card in order to pay for medical expenses that will be payable on Monday. Now I don't have a cent to pay for it! I am FURIOUS and feel like swearing! They can now forget that I will pay this card off EVER! ABSA, HOW CAN YOU YOUR CUSTOMERS MONEY LIKE THIS!!! YOU BETTER PUT MY MONEY BACK IN MY CARD!!!
