I booked accommodation at Garden Court Polokwane for the 9 February 2013 for only 1 night. The booking was made on the 8th of February 2013. When I received my credit card statement then only did I realise that my credit card was double charged. I called Garden Court Polokwane to sort out the issue. I spoke to a lady by the name of Kelibogile. She asked me to send her proof of the credit card statement which I did. I then called to ask her if she has received it, She affirmed it. Unfortunately this money has still not been paid back to me and is totally unacceptable. Everyday that is going by is costing me interest. This is totally unacceptable. Don't think ill ever book with tsogo sun via credit card again.
