I am Rhulani Baloyi, I applied for a loan with Letsatsi Finance years ago and I failed to pay the loan back because of other personal problems. They (Letsatsi Finance) handed me to their attorneys for collection, in 2012 October I received a Garnishee order from Blue Ocean Collection Services, made all the necessary arrangements to pay the money back. I have been paying R1500/ R1300 every month thyrough my company without missing payment, to my surprise I have been charged close to a R160 or more every month, I see this on my statement for collection fees, I mean every month. We are paying Blue Ocean Collection Services on the 25th of every month and sometimes earlier. What I dont understand is they are not even lifting a finger to demand payments because we pay them on time that is why I cant agree to paying endless collection fees from to this company. They are even charging me R15 for telephone calls, what telephone calls because my company has never missed any payment or paid late. What this institution must remeber is that although I have defaulted on payments (reason being I couldnt afford) I am now paying but they are demanding extra amounts of money from me now.
