Duplicate payment & failure to take accountability

My car instalment repayment was debited twice from my account, a transaction I never authorised in the first place. This resulted in my defaulting on other creditors repayments and Toyota Financial services failed to take accountability for this issue that they caused in the first place. All they could say was that they will refund the one amount though they have a 7-10 WORKING days turn around time. Mind you, its month end and I need the money to do other things and 7-10days is ridiculous considering that the error was not my doing at all! now I have to suffer at their expense. who will now be responsible for my other payments? what do i tell those creditors? what about the bank charges I will incur when debit orders fail to go through? So now i will get a bad record due to a consultant called Nelly Ntshangane who wrongly processed the duplicate payment without proper authorisation, and Toyota financial services failure to recognise that they were at fault and should ideally have pushed to ensure I get refunded swiftly! I'm so disappointed!
