TERRIBLE SERVICE

6 weeks ago I had my cheque card from me and R2000.00 taken from my account I immediately called the department cancelled the card and got the papers emailed to me. I filled them in that day, received and email from the bank that they will contact me shortly, well it's been six weeks and nothing, not an email not a call nothing to let me no how the investigation is going or what's happening. I even emailed the complaints department a few weeks ago and they to did not even send an email back as to why the service at FNB is so bad and what was happening.
I am highly disgusted and disappointed with FNB service.
