Very Bad Customer Service

On the 29/02/13 i approached Absa insurance regarding the burst pipe in the bathroom i was asked about th damages that occurred due to the water damage, i have mentioned few tiles that were removed from the wall next to the bath and basin while we were trying to figure out exactly of where the water was leaking from as there was a lot of water all over the house. The assessors were sent to take pictures before the repairs take place, then the plumber was then sent on the 8/02/13 to repair the pipe. The plumber removed the granite top and the basin that was placed on top of the built bathroom cabinet the plumber broke down the built cabinet and the wall while repairing the the pipe was replaced with a new one. I was then sent a job card from usanda projects on the 13/02/13 to repair the bathroom but the built broken down cabinet was not included. When i enquire about the cabinet & few tiles that was not included, I was then sent a very harsh mail from Refilwed saying that was the insurance will have to give a settlement as per the musanda
da quote if we do not agree with their job card and again the plumber agreed to the removal of the basin and not even a cabinet was mentioned
