I've been with DCM for six months now. I do not understand why they miss lead people saying they will help when they actualy make things even worse. my vehicle was up to date up until i joined DCM, they got my car repossessed and the team leader Michelle Whitaker says there's nothing we can do for the client. my accounts were up to date they didn't communicate with me at all. every time i had to call them.

DCM should stop miss leading people, i called them cause on YOU magazine they were sounding promising. i did not know that within the six moths i would be loosing all that i tried to protect and i never missed even a single payment before on my accounts. even though i was struggling.

Michelle Whitaker, the way she responds to all communication it shows they are used to this. she talks to clients like she's untouchable. i had always been responsible when paying my accounts, i could not believe when STANDARD BANK called to say they are coming to collect my car.
