Bad communication

I called iWyze on the second of February about a claim that I wanted to place but the attitude from the guy he assisted me was not good at all. Firstly he told me that I do not know how insurance worked and I waited for me to explain but to no avail. Given: my premiums were not up to date and I asked him if they can debit my account then so that I can claim but he could not tell me what we can do then, fine. Then they went on to debit account on the 9th February and I called the again but was told that I should speak to the people from SureWise, spoke to the people from SureWise and was told by a lady that she is sending an email to some person who will call me back before close of business this was I think the 15th Feb. but I am still waiting and driving a car with no rear view mirror, cracked windscreen and my bumper held in place with a cable tie. This service makes insurance companies look bad because they are happy to call you and act like they are the best thing to happen since the toilet was first invented to get you to sign with them but come a time when you have to claim they flush you down the toilet sending you from pillar to post.
