My mother passed in December and we went to their Jabulani mall branch to advice on her passing & we were given forms of which took longer to get as they had system problems and always offline, now that we have finally gotten the forms we filled them both with my sister as our mother made us both beneficiaries and again was a process for us cos we needed to go to high court to get some other forms that shud accompany the ones we got at old mutual & since then we never had a call to say we received them and at the branch they told us we will be contacted soon to confirm some of the things but since then nothing.
