On the 20-09-2012 i submitted my claim for security provident fund personal in Fourways Absa offices and everything was completed, they even gave the copy of Sondolo It contribution that state that you are not yet claimed from 2006 to 2007 December 2012 and also submitted Massguard SA claim. I was promised that i'll get my money on December 2012, when i phoned them in December i was told i'll be paid in January 2013.On the 28 January 2013 i went there personal in Fox Street Jhb, when i approached the manager (female) she was not even interested helping me, she just showed me a quee that was about 5km. Up until now i didn't receive any feedback from them and i keep on calling helpline (086 117 7775) no respond it just keep on ringing until it goes to answering machine. I don't know why i have to suffer for something that i worked for. Branch manager at Fox street jhb is incompetent and arrogant and i don't know why ABSA is paying her.
