REPAYMENT OF BANK CHARGES

On the 10/09/2013 a debit transaction of R353.94 was taken out of my bank account without my consent as I was told I will only have to pay the first instalment at the end of the month and at the time there were no funds available in the account for this debit. My bank charged me with a unpaid charge of R120.00. Outsurance agreed to pay the money back, on the 03/10/2013 i got the documents required to complete the transaction. I sent it to [Email Removed] and got no reply. then i phoned a couple of days later and was told to email it to the person i was speaking to and she will give it to her supervisor [Email Removed] and i will get a call, i never did a few days later i tried again same story different person [Email Removed] assist. I was told the supervisor must just give the green light and I'll get a call, till today i heard nothing... So is this the service that i can expect from Outsurance in the future, Fast to phone you to get a deal and to take your money, but no after sales service.. Thank you
