It's so sad that it has come to me having to contact Hellopeter to get a response from Iwyze. They send me a message at the beginning that my policy deductions could not happen because of insufficient funds... so I obviously call the several times wanting to know why they would send me that message knowing so well I have funds. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE can explain. Until I call to cancel and a lovely gentleman Given Mapena is able to assist me, sorts everything out, I even get a message from my bank its sorted and am happy.
Guess what less than a week later I get another message saying that my policy is not paid!!! I call through; requesting to speak to the manager Amaleah Mbewe whom for 3 clean days now am told is in meetings and will get back to me!!! Really? (Please note, not only have I called, I have personally sent her messages... No response, but when I sent a message to compliment Given, I had a response in less than 24 hours)
This is considered good service? With your advert on crossing fingers that all goes well, its ironic that I am crossing fingers being serviced by you!!! It's horrendous!!!
Now I find myself shopping for insurance AGAIN! As to why
