They dont keep their promises

I made a payment using my online banking on the 26th of January, the person the money was intended for did not receive the money...
I have logged 3 calls so far about my money, I firstly was told that they would log in a trace which they didn't, second call I made, I was told that I would get my money back with 24-48 hours so the next day i called to check up on the progress of my refund to which I was told that they will attend to it the following day as they have a back log of things to do. SO its almost a month of me not getting my money back from fnb and being sent from pillar to post...
I would just like to get my money back
