Terrible "customer service"

The Discovery card collections team have bad attitudes. There is no complaint line or number to address their bad attitudes and service. Upon calling to query my account transactions as a measure to understand (and rectify if necessary), I was met with harsh tones all round. After phoning around, trying every avenue to escalate I get transferred to one of the very people who does not know how to speak to a customer (Elizabeth the team leader/manager). If this is how the senior call center staff are, there is no surprise why all the agents are so brash. Instead of listening to my query and trying to understand my question... which was not rocket science, they repeat everything I'm telling them. Stop acting like you know it all and actually listen to customer!!! A simple query with them is like pulling teeth from a lion. I would just like to understand my transactions so I can be done with them ASAP! SOFT SKILLS TRAINING IS HIGHLY REQUIRED!
