Ravi Jadoonandan, I really do hope that you do not drive a motor vehicle, as you clearly do not know the basic traffic law's. Since when do you SLOW DOWN or TRY TO STOP at an out of order traffic light according to my knowledge and the law, the out of order traffic light intersection is then supposed to be a 4 way STOP? On what basis did you come to the conclusion that I must bear the costs incurred on my vehicle if your client clearly caused the accident? Did you even look at the photo's of the accident? Did you read the accident report? What qualifications do you have to make a decision like this? Your email starts with and I quote "without prejudice" and then having reconsidered. Reconsidered??? How do you reconsider something when after nearly 6 weeks after the accident nobody had the decency to contact me to send someone to access my vehicle? It would be great if you can explain to me where the without prejudice comes in. In your email to 1st for Women you admitted that your client caused the accident by "slowing down and trying to stop". As this is clearly the way that Brolink/Hollard do business I would suggest that you close your doors.
