I had a claim against MiWay insurance, one of their customers ran over a stop street and rammed into me and then that person later denied the facts and blamed me for the accident. Luckily I had an eye witness and loads of evidence against the MiWay client. My car was written off, but I got fairly compensated by Outsurance and thanks to Conraad, I got my excess back as well.
