Still waiting for feedback from consultant

I made an on line application to have my RCP limit increased on 24-01-2013.The application went through and i was promised that a consultant will contact me within 2 working days, which did not happen, I was phoned on 30-01-2013 and also not at the time I requested to be phoned at. A few questions were asked for verification and confirmation purposes. The consultant informed me that the request for additional funds should not be a problem. The call was completed with him promising me that he will contact me again with further details. I unfortunately do not remember his name, but I am still waiting for him to come back to me...
