I have called into Fnb Call Centre to increase my daily limit to a higher amount. The consultant i spoke to first assured me it was done. I then went online to my profile and saw it was not done. I then called back and spoke to a woman who told me it has been done and then afterwards tells me it cant be done.i am an fnb client for many years and if this is what happens i will have to take my buisness somewhere else.
