WHAT??? YOU CAN'T CONTACT A BRANCH

Standard Bank does not allow you to contact any of their branches!!! You have to call Branch Servcies and they will speak on your behalf to the branch... a middle man to talk for you??? Their services are a nightmare. What's going on here???
