I normally give timelines and dates with my complaints but this one has gotten out of hand...
Still waiting for Standard Bank to contact me over my last Hello Peter complaints like they promised, the branch is now not even giving feedback... I don't hound them for the feedback so quite a few weeks go by between:
- Me asking for feedback
- Them promising to contact me
- Them not contacting me (although I get a lot of calls from them for all their special new deals... so their phones do work)
- Repeat cycle
The transaction I am still trying to have reversed is due to Standard Bank having the incorrect information saved for Wesbank on their internet based system... you cannot change the Branch Code Standard Bank gives you (which was wrong) so the funds never reached Wesbank
Anyone at standard bank actually going to contact me or are you just going to promise again and then not contact me again
