I understand that every business, be it a bank or a caf? down the road has to have policies but this is taking it to the extreme.
I recently changed cell phone numbers and unfortunately my OTP's are linked to the old cell number. Was told it has to be completed at branch level, I cannot get to the branch. I get a half hour lunch each day, far from my nearest branch and I work weekends too. I'm going overseas in a weeks time...
I cannot send a secure message because I need an OTP.
Please Standard Bank, surely there is something you can do here.
