We recently (1 Feb 2013) moved our insurance policy to Discovery Insure (household and vehicles). First, our VitalityDrive cards were sent to the wrong address, so they were reprinted and supposedly couriered to my husband's business - for the attention of a mystery man named Mathys vd Merwe - conpletely unknown to me or my husband but apparently insured to drive my husband's car. Needless to say, we never received the VitalityDrive cards (again) and the (many) consultants I spoke to said that I had told them my husband's name was Mathys vd Merwe (like, why would I do that...?). As I type this I am on hold (again) while I wait for them to decide if / where / when they will courier new cards to us (again), this time under our actual names. SIGH.
