Today, I phoned Outsurance to inform them that my father lost his job. I was battling to pay both premiums (as its on my name) as well as his car installments. They were so understanding and helpfull!!! The reduced my premium!!! Thank you so much Outsurance!!! What a great company with awesome employees!! Much appreciated. Really.
